Codemasters is set to release the latest version of its F1 series, F1 24, announced in a recent Steam post. In this announcement, Codemasters provided details about when players who purchased the Standard and Champions Editions can start playing the racing simulator.
Players with the Champions Edition will gain early access, being able to play from May 28th at 8 AM PDT, which converts to May 29th at 1 AM AEST. Those with the Standard Edition can dive into the game on May 31st, starting at the same hour. Additionally, EA Play members can enjoy a five-hour game preview starting on May 28th at 8 AM PDT.
F1 24 is set to launch on multiple platforms, including PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and Xbox One. This new release boasts a host of enhancements and modifications from the previous year's model. Notable improvements include a new Dynamic Handling model, an innovative temperature mode for managing tire heat, and altered aerodynamic models.
The game also introduces a revamped Driver Career mode. It enables players to embody actual drivers and steer their paths through a career in the racing industry. Players can garner achievements and influence the research and development route within the game.
